A Braxton County woman died Sunday at the age of 107.
FLATWOODS, W.Va. -- A Braxton County woman died Sunday at the age of 107.
Lovie Crites, who was born in Hyre in 1905, passed away at the Braxton County Health Care and Rehab Center in Flatwoods.
Employees at the facility said she was able to walk until two years ago. Steve Jeffers, owner of the Greene Robertson Funeral Home in Sutton, said she didn't look her age.
Crites, a homemaker, attended Wayside Community Church in Sutton.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Greene Robertson.
