KCPL committee meeting

The Membership and Board Development Committee of the board of directors of the Kanawha County Public Library system will meet at 3:45 p.m. Monday in the boardroom on the fourth floor, Main Library, 123 Capitol St., to consider the expiring terms of board members. Humane association

The Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association will have a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at 1248 Greenbrier St.

Spirituality program

The West Virginia Institute for Spirituality will offer a monthly program titled "The Thomas Merton Institute," from 7 to 8:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month at its location, 1601 Virginia St. E.
