CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A judge sentenced a former Kanawha County school bus driver to up to 25 years in prison Monday for touching a 9-year-old girl inappropriately.

Samuel Burkhamer pleaded guilty to charges of first-degree sexual abuse Monday before Kanawha County Judge Paul Zakaib Jr. Burkhamer waived his right to a pre-sentence report, allowing the judge to sentence him immediately.

Burkhamer admitted to touching the girl's genitals, according to prosecutors. Police also discovered pictures of girls wearing lingerie and bikinis on his computer, prosecutors said.
