W.Va. residents invited to Easter Carnival at Capitol
Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin and first lady Joanne Jaeger Tomblin invite West Virginians to participate in an Easter Carnival at the Capitol Complex.
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin and first lady Joanne Jaeger Tomblin invite West Virginians to participate in an Easter Carnival to take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 23 on the North Plaza of the Capitol Complex.
The Capitol Complex will be transformed into a carnival, complete with games, prizes, treats and an appearance by the Easter Bunny.
Tickets are not required to attend. Door prizes, for children 12 years old and younger, will be awarded at noon.
