Man Le Garrett, Krystal McLaughlin and Jane Roe filed the lawsuit recently in Berkeley County Circuit Court in Martinsburg against TNA Enterprises LLC, doing business as Paradise City 2, and managing member Warren Dellinger.
One of their attorneys, Gregg C. Greenberg, tells The State Journal that the dancers are employees, not independent contractors, and should be paid minimum wage.
He says the problem is industry wide.
Greenberg and attorney Garry Geffert have filed four similar lawsuits against other clubs on behalf of other dancers. Three cases have been settled and a settlement is pending in the fourth.
