CHARLESTON, W.Va. --The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles is offering several new online services.

Customers can now apply for a duplicate vehicle registration card, duplicate license plate and duplicate registration decal by visiting the DMV's website at https://apps.wv.gov/DMV/selfservice. Customers also can change their address online.

DMV Commissioner Steve Dale said Wednesday that the services are the first of many steps planned to make the agency more interactive and to streamline processes.

The online services are offered through a partnership with West Virginia Interactive, a subsidiary of eGovernment firm NIC Inc.
