CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- "Buckwild" cast member Salwa Amin is back in jail after an apparent bail violation.
Amin, 24, was arrested last month with two other people and charged with conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver for allegedly helping smuggle heroin into Nicholas County. Amin was found in a shed outside a house in Summersville along with Jason D. Jones, 31, of Summersville, and Shawn D. Booker, 43, of Detroit, on Feb. 10, according to a criminal complaint on file in Nicholas County.
Authorities allegedly also found oxycodone, heroin and a large amount of cash.
Amin was free on bail but was arrested again Wednesday morning, Nicholas County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Paul O'Dell confirmed.
Amin was being held without bail Wednesday evening at the Central Regional Jail in Flatwoods.
A jail official told The Associated Press a warrant shows that Amin violated the conditions of her release by failing to appear in court.
"Buckwild," a reality show on the MTV network, follows the purported antics of a group of young people in and around the Sissonville area. Several cast members have had scrapes with the law since the program first aired.
