CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- An article in Wednesday's paper should have read that there are two cases of meningitis in West Virginia related to contaminated vials of a steroid made by the New England Compounding Center in Massachusetts.

Five other people in the state got an infection at the site of their injections, for a total of seven cases statewide.
