As the only two employees at Fayetteville-based Bridge Brew Works, owners Nathan Herrold (left) and Ken Linch have designated roles on brewing days to make the operation going smoothly, Herrold said. Linch typically adds the hops and monitors boiling while Herrold pulls the spent grain out of barrels.
