INSTITUTE, W.Va. -- The state Supreme Court is making its first visit to West Virginia State University this week.

The justices are scheduled to hear arguments in four cases Wednesday in the James C. Wilson University Union on the Institute campus. The proceedings are open to the public.

Chief Justice Brent D. Benjamin said in a news release that the justices are looking forward to hearing cases outside the court's chamber at the Capitol.
