CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Saturday was a great day for outdoor activities in the Charleston area -- especially considering the rainy turn the weather is expected to take Sunday. The East End Bazaar, an open-air, artisan market at the corner of Ruffner Avenue and Washington Street, re-opened for the season in that wonderful weather and will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday through October. Vendors offer a variety of art, crafts and food.
