CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Police are looking for an Institute man in connection to gunshots fired Thursday on the West Side.
Antwain Means, 24, is wanted on a charge of wanton endangerment, Charleston Police Sgt. Tony Hazelett said in a news release Friday.
Police on Thursday responded to reports of gunshots in the 1800 block of Seventh Avenue.
Means was stopped near the shooting, charged with public intoxication and released, Hazelett said. Detectives later determined Means had fired the shots. No one was injured.
