Sixteen charged in southern W.Va. oxycodone case
BLUEFIELD, W.Va. -- A federal grand jury has indicted more than a dozen people on charges of conspiring to distribute oxycodone in Mercer and Wyoming counties.
Media outlets reported 16 people are charged in a 51-count indictment unsealed Wednesday. Several defendants also are charged with distributing oxycodone. According to the indictment, the drug distribution occurred from April 2011 to April 2013 in Bluefield and Matheny.
