KANAWHA TRAIL CLUB HIKE: 1 p.m., Kanawha State Forest, Snipe and Shrewsbury trails. Meet at 1 p.m. to carpool from Ohio and Randolph streets. Regroup at swimming pool parking area. The hike is about 2 miles on a moderate trail. Return to parking lot for a 3 p.m. early West Virginia Day concert. Bring a lawn chair.
