Man robbed Raleigh County store at gunpoint, police say

GLEN DANIEL, W.Va. -- A masked man robbed a store at gunpoint in Raleigh County on Tuesday, police said.

A man wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a camouflage mask entered the Family Dollar in Glen Daniel at 9:15 a.m., according to a news release issued by the Raleigh County Sheriff's Department.

The man pulled out a handgun and took money from the clerk before running away, according to the release. The State Division of Forestry unsuccessfully searched for the suspect using tracking K9's.
