Gas prices leap 19 cents in state

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Gasoline prices have increased an average of 19 cents per gallon during the past week in West Virginia. AAA East Central said the price for a gallon of regular unleaded is $3.63 per gallon. That's less than a penny higher than the national average and 20 cents higher than a year ago in the state.
