ELKINS, W.Va. -- An Elkins man faces charges of forcing his young children to smoke marijuana.
Timothy Wayne Hedrick, 28, is charged with child neglect creating risk of injury. He's being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $25,000 bail.
