CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- arrested a Charleston man who allegedly stabbed another man in the neck and shoulder with a box cutter Tuesday night.
Timothy Lynn Robinson, 51, was charged with malicious wounding and battery Wednesday.
Robinson allegedly stabbed Thomas Striker, 22, of Rand, after the two men argued at a bus stop on Tennessee Avenue at 8:20 p.m., according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court. Striker was taken to CAMC General Hospital and later released.
Paramedics also took Robinson to the hospital after police handcuffed him. He had complained of a dislocated shoulder. He was arrested upon his release from the hospital early Wednesday.Robinson was being held Wednesday in South Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bail.
