St. Albans, W.Va. -- St. Mark's Jubilee Center, which houses Christ's Kitchen, the St. Albans Community Food Pantry and the Emergency Assistance Fund program, is seeking donations of food items to restock its pantry shelves.
Items needed for the St. Albans Community Food Pantry include: crackers, margarine, dish soap, shampoo, sugar, self-rising flour, mac-n-cheese, rice, peanut butter, pancake mix, cereal, oatmeal and any nonperishables and canned goods.
Food donations can be dropped off 8:30 a.m. to noon, Mondays through Thursdays, and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to noon at St. Mark's Jubilee Center, 405 B St., St. Albans. Come to Christ's Kitchen,and a staff member will assist in the pantry donation drop-off.Donors can also send a financial contribution to St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 405 B St., St. Albans, WV 25177. Checks may be made payable to: St. Mark's Jubilee Center Fund with SA Community Food Pantry in the memo section.
