Man on home confinement had drugs, police say
RAND, W.Va. -- Kanawha County sheriff's deputies said a Rand man on home confinement had drugs on him on Tuesday.
Dario Jino Martin, 23, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver, a felony, according to a news release issued by Cpl. Brian Humphreys of the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department.
Home confinement officers visited Martin at his home Tuesday afternoon and allegedly found what appeared to be heroin and Roxycodone during a pat-down search, Humphreys said.
Martin is currently awaiting an Oct. 21 trial for armed robbery and possession with intent to deliver. He is being held in South Central Regional Jail.
