Craig Richards named Mildred Mitchell-Bateman CEO
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- A state Department of Health and Human Resources official has been named chief executive officer of Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital.
DHHR Secretary Karen L. Bowling says in a news release that Craig Richards' appointment is effect Nov. 16.
Richards will replace Pat Franz, who has served as interim CEO of the state psychiatric hospital in Huntington since September. Richards has served at the DHHR for more than 19 years. He is deputy commissioner for finance and administration for the Bureau for Behavioral Health and Health Facilities.
