Extra, extra! Girls make newspapers fashionable (photos)

Jessica Kraschnewski, 13, of Winfield, won first place in her age group for her Coca-Cola themed dress at the 11th annual Re-Fashion Show at the Charleston Town Center on Saturday. Sponsored by the Recycling Coalition of West Virginia, contestants in the show make original outfits out of recyclable materials.
Chip Ellis Jensen White, 16, of Cross Lanes, won first place in her age group at the Re-Fashion Show on Saturday for this outfit made out of newspapers.
Chip Ellis Heidi Sowards, Jensen White, Lillian Armstrong and Emmy Wince competed in the newspaper division of the Re-Fashion Show at the Charleston Town Center on Saturday.
