W.Va. State Police to beef up patrols during holidays

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Motorists can expect to see more troopers patrolling West Virginia's highways this week.

State Police spokesman Sgt. Michael Baylous told the Charleston Daily Mail that troopers will be out in force during the holidays.

Baylous asked West Virginians to show courtesy to out-of-state motorists who might not be familiar with the state. He also asked motorists to use common sense.
