CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Charleston Community Music Association's annual GoodNight program kicks off at 6 p.m. Tuesday in various downtown venues, featuring numerous local performers in sets lasting about 45 minutes each. The free, alcohol-free event is in its 19th year.
Trolleys provided by the city will make a loop of all GoodNight locations beginning at 6 p.m. People may park for free in the Virginia Street garage next to City Hall.
