State lawmakers to hold hearing on block grants
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia lawmakers are holding a public hearing this week on the proposed use of federal block grants.
The hearing is set for 2 p.m. Wednesday in the House Finance Committee room at the Capitol.
