MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- Former West Virginia head football coach Rich Rodriguez is back in the state for a civil trial involving the sale of his Cheat Lake home.
A jury was selected Tuesday for the civil trial in Monongalia County Circuit Court, according to The Dominion Post.
The trial involves the sale of Rodriguez' house in December 2010. The buyers sued Rodriguez and his wife, Rita, claiming they concealed a water leak when they did a walk-through of the $1.3 million residence.
The buyers allege that the Rodriguezes refused to reduce the purchase price or to fix the damage done by the leak.
Rodriguez is now the head football coach at the University of Arizona.
