Three men walked away with a big chunk of $1 million at a second-chance drawing sponsored by the West Virginia Lottery to mark its 28th anniversary. Josh Schoolcraft of Given (left) won $1 million. Douglas Schafer of Wheeling (center) won $10,000. Todd Kingrey of Charleston (right) won $100,000. The three men had decided earlier to combine the prizes and split them equally, they said after the drawing.
