CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia residents interested in learning how they might obtain health insurance under the Affordable Care Act are invited to attend open-enrollment sessions at the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department, 108 Lee St. E.
The sessions will take place from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 16, Jan. 23 and Feb. 4.
TSG Consulting, working under a cooperative agreement with the federal centers for Medicare and Medicaid, will provide information about how West Virginia's new health insurance exchange operates under the ACA. The session also will show people how they can sign up for health insurance. There is no charge for this educational session.
