4-H camp registration deadline extended
The 2014 State 4-H Teen Leader & Charting Weekend will be held Feb. 14-16 at Jackson's Mill in Lewis County, and teens now have until midnight Tuesday to register for it. The camp is open to 4-H members ages 13-19, though participants may not be beyond their first year in college.
Among the weekend's activities are presentations by guest speakers, including former POW Jessica Lynch, world-renowned leadership speaker Jim Harris and author Julian Martin, who was West Virginia's first Peace Corps volunteer.
