HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Country music legends Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss and Union Station will return to West Virginia with a show at Huntington's Big Sandy Superstore Arena on May 11.
Nelson, a storied singer/songwriter, actor and poet has released dozens of records, charted many hits and won numerous awards during his 60-plus-year career. Some of his best-known songs include "On The Road Again," "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" and "Always on My Mind."
Krauss is a celebrated country-bluegrass performer, singer/songwriter and bandleader. The winner of 28 Grammy Awards, she has released more than a dozen records and is credited with helping renew interest in bluegrass music.
The concert will also include country/Americana band The Devil Makes Three.
Information about the concert was posted on Nelson and Krauss's websites and on Pollstar, but not through Big Sandy Superstore Arena. Ticket prices for the show have yet to be announced.
