Meditation classes and an energy therapy class will be offered in March at Panucci and Jackfert, 133 Seventh Ave., South Charleston. Guided healing meditation will be offered from 7 to 8:30 p.m. March 4 and will be led by Phoenix Rising Star of the Sedona HeartWalk Center in Arizona.
