CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County sheriff's deputies are trying to decide whether to press charges against two Sissonville men who allegedly stabbed each other with the same knife late Sunday.
Sheriff's Department spokesman Cpl. Brian Humphreys said Tracy Stalnaker and Trevor Goins, both of Sissonville, allegedly got into a fight outside some homes on Teresa Lane at about 11 p.m.
Humphreys said Stalnaker allegedly stabbed Goins in the leg during the altercation. Goins then allegedly pulled the knife out and used it to stab Stalnaker in the back.
Both were taken to the hospital for treatment. Humphreys said their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
Ages of the two men were not immediately available.
Deputies will decide later what charges may be filed.
