CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The state Department of Health and Human Resources has issued a boil-water advisory for the Meadow Bridge water system for the area of South Meadow Bridge -- south of the intersection of W.Va. 20 and Fayette County Route 31 only, following a water main leak.
Customers in those areas should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.
Beckley Water Company has lifted a boil-water advisory issued May 18 for 918 Ewart Ave. to Robert C. Byrd Dr. in Beckley, including all side streets.
