CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Raleigh County Public Service District has issued a boil-water advisory for the entire Sycamore Water System from Dorothy on County Route 1 to and including Sycamore Hollow.
Customers should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.
Beckley Water Company has lifted a boil-water advisory issued on July 18 for customers in Shady Spring and White Oak, including Flat Top Road to Cherry Creek Dip.
West Virginia American Water has lifted a boil-water advisory for approximately 500 customers in Clendenin. The advisory was issued for Thorofare Road from the 2000 block to Sandy Brae Golf Course, including Sandy Brae Golf Course, Harper Estates and Rolling Hills following a water main break.
The Craigsville Public Service District has lifted the boil-water advisory for East Webster Road, Alderson Church Road, Nile Road, Armstrong Road and all their side roads, and for W.Va. 41 from Nile Road to the top of Big Cut Hill.
