CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County planning officials have scheduled fall cleanups for September and October at three locations around the county. Each event is scheduled to run from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. The dates and locations are:

Sept. 29: Call Road, Sissonville

Oct. 13: Behind the Go Mart in Cabin Creek

Oct. 27: Rehabilitation Center, Institute

All items will be accepted with the exception of gas and propane tanks, paint, chemicals, motor oil and other hazardous materials, such as meth-making materials.
