West Virginia Paving will be milling the following streets between 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday:
29th Street -- from Seventh Avenue to railroad tracks
Blackwell Drive -- from Woodward Drive to end
Oakland Walk -- from Washington Street to end
South Middle Street -- from Beech Avenue to end
Virginia Street -- at the Morris Street intersection
East Avenue -- from Kanawha Boulevard to Washington Street
