CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- As Charleston hosts its first-ever FestivALL Fall this weekend, a Moses Automotive Group Live on the Levee concert and East End Main Street's HallowEast events will affect traffic on Kanawha Boulevard Friday evening and in the East End Saturday evening.

Kanawha Boulevard will close between Capitol and Court Streets Friday at 5:30 p.m. -- the usual time for Moses Auto Group Live on the Levee concerts. The concert on the Schoenbaum Stage of Haddad Riverfront will take place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Event parking will be available for $3 in the parking garage next to City Hall.

In preparation for the East End Main Street's Costume Pub Crawl Saturday night, Washington Street East will close from Sidney Avenue to a point west of Elizabeth Street at 3 p.m. Saturday. In addition, Elizabeth Street will be closed north of Lee Street to a point south of Jackson Street. Traffic in the area will be detoured onto Jackson and Quarrier streets around the area designated for the outdoor costume party that night. The event is scheduled from 6 to about 10:15 p.m. Streets will reopen after the area is cleared and cleaned.

East End Main Street's Zombie Walk begins at 5:30 p.m. at Moxxee Coffee, heads east on Lee Street to Bradford Street, south to Quarrier Street and east to Elizabeth Street, where the parade will head north toward Washington Street. Traffic on those streets will be restricted as participants walk along the route between 5:30 and 6 p.m.

In connection with the Capitol Market Art Fair on Friday and all day Saturday, on-street parking on Leon Sullivan Way will be reserved for the artists who are participating in the art fair.
