West Virginia American Water issued a precautionary boil water advisory for around 80 customers in the South Hills area of Charleston at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
The affected areas include all customers who live along Louden Heights, Connel Road, Hampton Road, Stonehenge Road, Sweetbrier Road and Longridge Road.
Customers in those areas should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.
