CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Rupert Water Department has lifted the boil-water advisory issued for Western Greenbrier Middle School.
* Craigsville Public Service District has issued a boil-water advisory for its entire water system because of possible contamination.
Customers should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice. For more information, contact the CPSD at 304-742-3585 or 304-651-3585. General guidelines on ways to lessen the health risk are available from the EPA Safe Drinking Water Hotline at 1-800-426-4791.
* West Virginia American Water has issued a boil-water advisory for approximately 100 to 125 customers for the streets of W.Va. 16, Woodland Road, both sections of Goose Creek Road, Oakridge Road, Old Court Street, and Fayette Station Road. The advisory follows a water main break.
* The Department of Health and Human Resources has issued a boil-water advisory for the entire Oceana water system, following a water main break.
Customers in those areas should also boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.
