* West Virginia American Water has issued a boil-water advisory for approximately 200 customers in Huntington. This advisory includes any customers who lost water service on Shawnee Drive, Wood Lomond Way, Cascade Drive, Chrisandra Drive, Oak Drive, Tecumseh Trail, Sauk Court, Jarrod Diver, a portion of Edens Branch Road, Victory Lane, Chippewa Trail, Sequoia Drive, Lost Valley Drive and Berkeley Pass. The advisory followed a water main break.
Customers in those areas should boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.
* West Virginia American Water has lifted a boil-water advisory for approximately 250 customers in the Lashmeet area of Mercer County. The specific streets under the advisory were Old Lashmeet Road and along W.Va. 10 from Old Lashmeet Road to Lashmeet School.
