CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Our stories focusing on the children who have benefited from the camps supported by the Gazette Charities Send-A-Child-To-Camp Fund have come to a close.
And even after a big-hearted round of giving this week, the fund is still well below its goal.
We don't want to leave any children out this year. Please consider a donation. Every penny goes to give kids a beneficial camp experience. The Gazette covers all administrative costs of the fund.
This week, the fund raised about $4,500, bringing the total so far to $11,754.
No donation is too small. Please don't delay.
