When to vote

Statewide

  • Early voting will be from April 23 to May 10 during regular business hours at county voter registration offices. The last day to register to vote is April 22. Mail-in registration cards must be postmarked by April 22. Election Day is May 13. Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

    Kanawha
  • Early voting at 415 Quarrier St., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except Thursdays, when the office is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Also, Kanawha residents may vote on Saturdays, May 3 and 10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Voters' Registration Office, 357-0110.

    Putnam

  • Early voting on the second floor of the Courthouse, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except Thursday, when the Courthouse is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Putnam residents may also vote on Saturdays, May 3 and 10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Putnam County Clerk, 586-0202.
