CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County sheriff's deputies are looking for two men involved in a shooting incident on Tuesday.

Lt. Sean Crosier said a 29-year-old man from Cross Lanes told deputies he was jogging on 40th Street in Nitro at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday when he was approached by two men. Crosier said one of the men allegedly pulled a gun on the man and the other assaulted him.

During the ensuing scuffle, the man was shot in the arm, Crosier said. Crosier said the victim told deputies he then went home and had his girlfriend drive him to the hospital.

Deputies are looking for two black men, both about 20 years old. One was about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and the other was 6 feet, 2 inches tall, Crosier said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective J.A. Ratliff at 304-357-0169.
