CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Culloden man was indicted by a federal grand jury on drug and gun charges Tuesday.
The indictment alleges Terry Lee Hagan, 49, distributed oxycodone and heroin and was a felon in possession of a firearm, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt. It only means that the grand jury believes there is enough evidence of a crime to merit a jury trial.
Hagan was convicted of five felonies in May 1981 and in April last year in Ohio, the release stats.
