BECKLEY, W.Va. -- Thousands of people, including President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, members of West Virginia's federal and state delegations, and victims' family members, sang and prayed Sunday at a public memorial service here, remembering the 29 coal miners who died in the April 5 explosion at the Upper Big Branch Mine in Raleigh County.
