CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County sheriff's deputies and U.S. marshals picked up 19 people during a warrant sweep last week.
Lt. Sean Crosier of the sheriff's department said those arrested were subjects of capiases issued by judges after they failed to show up for court hearings.
Those arrested were:
Cole Cooper, 22, of Nitro, domestic assault; Dennis Harris, 50, of Nitro, third offense DUI; William Wilburn, 19, of Charleston, joyriding and violation of probation; Joshua Long, 20, of Charleston, first-degree robbery; Glenn Shaffer, 25, of St. Albans, probation violation, grand larceny, fleeing on foot and three counts fraudulent use of an access device; Ralph Criniti, 41, of Montgomery, third offense DUI; James Mundy, 32, of South Charleston, failure to pay child support; David Moorehouse, 34, of Elkview, operating a clandestine drug lab;
Carlos Ray, 27, of South Charleston, forgery; Christina Breeding, 34, of Huntington, grand larceny; Terrance Allen, 35, of Sissonville, drugs; Eric Hanna, 25, of Elkview, forgery of a credit card; Chad White, 31, of Madison, forgery and failure to report to jail; Angela Walker, 45, of Charleston, third offense shoplifting; Talton Pratt, 30, of St. Albans, failure to pay child support; Christopher Williams, 30, of Dunbar, operating a clandestine drug lab; Amy Smith, 32, of Spencer, identity theft; Christina D. Sumner, 34, of Hurricane, welfare fraud; Zakery Martin, 19, of Cannelton, breaking and entering.
