State officers, victim advocates to be honored

WHEELING, W.Va. -- More than a dozen Northern West Virginia law enforcement officers and victim advocates are being honored for their service.

U.S. Attorney William J. Ihelnfeld II will hold the second annual U.S. Attorney's Awards Ceremony today at the U.S. Courthouse in Wheeling.

Sixteen people in the Northern District of West Virginia will be recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty.
