Charleston Police announce sobriety and child safety-seat checkpoint

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Charleston Police officers will be conducting a Sobriety/Child Safety Seat checkpoint from 6 p.m. to approximately midnight Thursday on MacCorkle Avenue West of U.S. 119.
