BECKLEY, W.Va. -- Raleigh County sheriff's deputies have made a second arrest in connection with a deadly shooting Sunday in Beckley.

Raleigh County deputies responded to a shooting on Cohen Street Sunday to find that Danny Kennedy, 54, had been shot once and taken to an area hospital, where he died.

Police say three people had left a neighbor's house and were trying to turn around in Kennedy's driveway. The three got stuck in the man's yard and heated words were exchanged, according to the Raleigh County Sheriff's Department.

Kennedy had gone back into his house but came back and had more words with the three people, police say. During the exchange, Kennedy was shot, police say.

The three people fled on foot.

Deputies found and arrested Dominic Paige, 22, of Beckley. He is facing first-degree murder charges and is currently being held without bond at the Southern Regional Jail.

Later Sunday, deputies found Antiono LeJune Wade, 28, of Beckley, and charged him with unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Wade was in the Southern Regional Jail this morning awaiting arraignment.

Police are still searching for a juvenile believed involved in the incident.
