Body found at Mink Shoals park and ride ID'd

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County sheriff's deputies have identified a man whose body was found at the Mink Shoals park and ride Monday morning.

Capt. Sean Crosier of the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department said motorists discovered the man's body just before 8 a.m. The body has been sent to the State Medical Examiner's office.

Crosier said the victim has been identified as Nicholas A. Arthur, 31, of Charleston. He said deputies do not suspect foul play and are awaiting toxicology reports.
